Back to School Shopping Spree Drawing Rules and Regulations
  1. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
  2. Only one entry form per person.
  3. Drawing will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010.
  4. Winner will be notified by telephone to the number provided by entrants on the entry forms. Winner must respond within 72 hours of being notified or they forfeit the shopping spree.
  5. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their entry form is deposited in the drawing box prior to the start of the drawing. The drawing box is located at our new store Rock n Rose space #17 between Dress Barn and Cowboys & Indians.
  6. All forms must be filled out completely with one name only to be eligible for the drawing. Address stamps and labels are acceptable.
  7. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
  8. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Outlets at Zion.
  9. The winner of the shopping spree is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
  10. The winner must be able to present a valid picture ID or they will be disqualified.
  11. The Outlets at Zion will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
  12. Entry forms are found on your front door know through a mailer or online at www.theoutletsatzion.com.
  13. Any entry form that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than the pursuant to these rules is automatically void. In addition, Management reserves the right to void any form at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
  14. Employees and members of their immediate family of The Outlets at Zion are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Management reserves the right to exclude any individual from this promotion in its sole and absolute discretion.
  15. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to The Outlets at Zion, to use their names, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  16. The Official Rules, the methods in which the entry forms are used, the order in which the entry forms are drawn, the time or date of the drawing, or any other rule or method relating to the shopping spree giveaway in general may be modified or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion.
  17. Entry forms are non-transferable.
  18. There will be no cash option offered on the shopping spree. They are given in gift certificates good at any stores in The Outlets at Zion.
